Shipping and Delivery Policy
All book orders are securely shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post services.
1. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
For orders delivered within Switzerland, we use the domestic parcel network.
Shipping rates are PostPac Economy: CHF 9.00
We ship your order only once a week. Thank you for your understanding.
2. International Shipping (Zone World) via PostPac International
For all deliveries outside Switzerland, we ship your books via the secure Swiss Post PostPac International service. This shipping method includes electronic tracking and built-in insurance.
PostPac International Rate: From CHF 25.00 (automatically calculated at checkout based on the exact weight of the parcel).
Delivery Times (remember we only ship your order once a week, thank you)
Europe Zone: 4 to 8 working days.
Rest of the World (USA, Asia, Africa, etc.): 7 to 15 working days (subject to local customs clearance).
Tracking and Security: Parcels require a signature upon delivery and are automatically insured against loss or damage up to CHF 500.00.
3. Order Processing Times
All orders are prepared, packed, and dropped off at the post office on Wednesday.
4. Customs, VAT, and Import Taxes
Your parcel will pass through the customs services of the destination country. Any potential customs duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees are set by your government and remain the sole responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.
5. Damaged Parcels
Swiss Post insures our international shipments. If your parcel of books arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage immediately to your courier or local post office, then contact our customer service within 48 hours and us by email.
